Packaging and Transportation
For trucks with full containers, the truck enters our factory from Gate B. The driver stops at Pier 1 on the first floor, where there are 6 ready pallets waiting to be loaded and unloaded. The forklift operator loads the pallets from front to back and from bottom to top - no advanced software is required, it is all based on experience. Bulk cartons (such as spare rollers) are placed on empty spaces. The container door is closed with a manual seal. The entire loading and unloading process of a 40HQ container (including paper documents (bills of lading, packing lists)) takes 2.5 hours. Photos of the container after loading and the seal number will be sent via WeChat. If it is about to rain, we will cover the pallets waiting to be loaded and unloaded in the yard with tarps. Whether it is sunny or rainy, the goods can be shipped on time.
