For those flexible Velcro-backed panels, we fold 'em gently when needed, then tuck 'em into heavy-duty polypropylene woven bags and seal 'em up tight. These bags are built to last-they keep dust, snags, and light moisture off the mesh, and stack up nice and easy too.
Our sturdy aluminum-framed screens, though? They call for a bit more care to stay in one piece-so we slip each one into a custom-cut, high-strength five-wall corrugated box. Inside, we add corner guards and padding-sometimes foam, sometimes kraft paper dunnage-to hold the frame steady. That way, it won't shift around, and any bumps during transit get absorbed. Every carton has clear labels too: SKU, dimensions, handling notes (like "This side up" or "Fragile"), and the destination-all easy to spot.
