Finished product testing and standardized packaging​​

Final assembly integrates frames and meshes. Workers attach pre-tensioned mesh sub-frames to main frames using stainless steel clips. Each unit undergoes 50 open/close cycles – checking roller smoothness, magnetic seal alignment, and latch engagement. Defective units (<2%) move to repair stations; others receive protective corner caps. Packaging varies: sliding doors are shrink-wrapped in pairs, fixed screens boxed individually (10 units/carton). Cartons display handling icons and LOT codes. On 1F loading dock, pallets are stacked 1.2m high, stretch-filmed 15 times horizontally. Forklifts load containers directly from Dock 3 – no automated systems, just measured manual workflows refined over 20 years.
